I recently visited this ice cream shop, and it was a major letdown. The staff completely ignored me when I tried to ask about the flavors.I ordered the large size, but what I got was more like a medium. Definitely not the portion size I was expecting.Apart from this, the place was filthy. The floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience. Between the rude staff, the small portion, and the dirty environment, I won’t be coming back.

The service was actually pretty fast even though there were only two workers behind the counter. Please specify if you are getting more than one flavor and dont it want it mix. My only gripe is the lack of seating area. Ice cream melts fast even expensive ice cream. I guess we could have went in the mall to eat. Otherwise enjoy eating ice cream in your vehicle.

Truly no safe way to remove the lid without ice cream exploding all over the place. Coldstone...please consider that your ice cream is known to melt before the customer reaches their car...let alone a delivery order (though we live 2min away from the store). You cant over fill the cup..the solid turns into a liquid. Guess ill just slurp on whay isnt all over my hands and clothes

Ordered my favorite "Love it" and was a "gotta have it" when done. The service was excellent and showed great customer service. Explained everything she was doing and repeated everything to make sure both the orders where correct. Exceptional service! :) However, I was concerned she was working alone and the area is not well lit . I was not sure security was available for her. :( I could only pray she was safe and would be okay and use to the area she worked in and was careful about closing the store and going home alone.
