They don’t event acknowledge you upon arrival. One woman was extremely rude and standoffish and refused to take my order/inquire if I needed anything! Definitely won’t patronize this location ever again.

Cold Stone Creamery is the bomb dot com! Seriously, their ice cream is out of this world. The way they mix in all those delicious toppings on that cold stone is pure magic. Every bite is like a party in your mouth!Not to mention, the staff is always so friendly and fun. They really know how to make your ice cream experience unforgettable. The atmosphere in their stores is so chill and inviting, it's the perfect spot to hang out with friends or treat yourself to a sweet treat.If you're looking for a unique and tasty ice cream experience, Cold Stone Creamery is the place to be. Trust me, once you try their ice cream, you'll be hooked for life!

Awful experience. I went for the rolled ice cream, and got a goopy mess. The signs said that outside temperatures made the ice cream melty, but it's an ice cream place. Ice cream is served during summer, it should be built to withstand summer temperatures. It was also barely 80 degrees outside. The teen behind the counter said that the rolls might be "imperfect", so I thought that they might come out a bit soft or lumpy. I thought it would be fine, but all she did was put the ice cream down, mix once or twice, then put it back in the cup. She then said that that is just how they make the ice cream there. I also had to clarify several times that I meant rolled ice cream, so she probably had no clue what I meant either. When I got the ice cream, it was 50% melted and dripping out of my cup. If the freezing system was so broken, I don't understand why an ice cream place would stay open until it could fix it. 0/10.

I enjoy going to Cold Stone normally but at around 7pm on 5/15/25 I went to the south orange, nj location and entered the door and I said “hi” to the young lady working behind the counter. She looked at me and she said nothing!That is not how you treat a customer! I wont be coming back to this location again.
