A huge shoutout to Isac for going WAY above and beyond! I called, hoping for an ice cream cake, and learned that it wasn't in stock. Instead of turning me away, Isac took the time to make one from scratch for my daughter's birthday! Seriously, who does that these days? Incredible service, kind heart, and a delicious cake to top it off. Thank you, Isac—you made our day!

I got the lucky charms ice cream because I thought it would have fresh cereal on the top and it didn’t. The ice cream just tasted like old cereal milk and the cereal in the ice cream was super soggy and the marshmallows were also soggy. Which is why I thought they’d put fresh cereal on top at least. But other than that flavor cold stones ice cream is very good.

The service is consistently fast and friendly. The employees seem genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers create their own delicious concoctions, and their positive energy adds to the overall experience. There’s something about the excitement of watching them mix your ice cream on the cold stone that makes the visit even more enjoyable.However, my recent visit was slightly tinged with disappointment as I had hoped to take advantage of a birthday deal, which I thought was a customary offering. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any discount or free treat, which felt like a missed opportunity to celebrate my special day with even sweeter perks.
