Walked in 20 minutes before close tonight with a pretty sizable group, and the two workers that were there were super kind and helpful. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and they were super efficient. Super good sports about us coming in so late. Didn't get their names, but they were pretty awesome😁

100 STARS!This Cold Stone is a must visit in the Wisconsin Dells!I was very impressed with the service that my kids and I received - our ice cream server was kind to her core!She was thorough, helpful, positive, and patient! She made us feel special, saying she would remember us and got to show off her creativity working patiently with my 3 year old.After an enjoyable conversation, I learned this incredible human is the new owner! I am very optimistic that she will continue growing and thrive as a franchise owner.I was blown away by her!As for the ice cream....it's Cold Stone! It's always amazing! Made from scratch, fresh, unique flavors with incredible mix-ins. Smoothies, cakes, fresh waffle cones!Clean building and restrooms and a nice seating area inside!Please indulge and support this local business owner!

Service was absolutely wonderful! I had a few gift cards I wanted to use up, and their system couldn’t accept one, but they were super kind and helpful about the situation. Ice cream was 10/10🍦🍨🍨🍨🍦🍦🍦😻😻 Would totally recommend going here (specifically the oreo overload🍪*wink wink*)

We had them cater our wedding in August of 2024, and it was a huge success. They did so well setting us and serving our guests. The servers were smiling and super friendly, too! The owner called us to go over all the details and was quick to answer our questions. We were able to pick the ice cream and toppings we wanted.

Was passed up for service by the young man working three times before a young lady came from the back to help me. I was standing at the counter but he purposefully took costumers walking in afterwards. And two that came in to purchase stuff out the freezer.To the young lady that helped thank you so much. You are the reason for the 5 stars
