I love ice cream, I normally don’t go to places to eat ice cream, I get it from the grocery store. But when I do… I go to this cold stone, I love their strawberry blonde!! This store does get very busy. They definitely have some youngsters working there… but kids have to learn how to handle stressful situations, so I deal. Some folks in these reviews must’ve forgotten when they were once young and having a custom service job. Nonetheless Miss Layla does the best she can and she’s a delight. I appreciate her attentiveness to my detail of my order. If you go to this store… ask for Layla.

This location is usually super busy because Cold Stone is the best ice cream, but having to wait in line for nearly 35 mins just to be attended is ridiculous and a mess. And, I was the second person in line when I walked in. By the time I was able to request what I wanted, there were 9 groups behind me waiting. It seemed like one employee was busy putting together a large mobile order, another employee was restocking and whatever else she was doing in the back, and the other employee was literally experimenting with ice cream scoop sizes. It seems like the owner is addressing the high demand as another employee was shadowing the other and learning, but there is a lack of priorities and urgency.

We all scream for ice cream…well most of us. I only eat ice cream about twice a year but when I do, I go to Cold Stone.🍦it’s a clean store and has that ice cream parlor- smelling ambience🍦the young adults that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly🍦the huge variety of ice cream is tasty, fresh and “rolled” to order🍦they have what seems to be 50 varieties of ice cream and even more toppings; you can actually add whole oreos to your treat🍦they “roll” your ice cream and toppings together on a sub zero surface right in front of you🍦they have a chocolate dipped cookie dough chunk you can top off your treat withAll in all, a frozen-treat-for-the-family oriented franchise that you and yours should take the drive too; even if you only have a sweet tooth twice a year like me. 🍭
