Online ordered 3 ice creams. Requested each with a waffle bowl and 1 fudge added. Did not get a 3rd waffle bowl or the fudge. Lady on the phone was kind but could not give partial refunds for online orders. Offered cash or check, but we do not have time to rush back. Get a simple checklist done the first time!Highly recommended Handles or Mrs. Curls ice creams nearby instead!

My husband introduced me to cold stone and he’s not even from this side of town! I will not go to another ice cream shop. I love the ice cream and the workers are always so friendly. I always tell myself to try another flavor but Dough For It is my absolute favorite!

I went to pick up a birthday cake for my daughters 19th birthday. I saw online they can personalize your cake. So I asked if they could write on the cake. 15 minutes later the boy came out with the cake. I am very disappointed in the results of the writing on this $45 icecream cake.

Great place here in Greenwood! The ice cream is some of the best I've ever had. They have multiple flavor options and toppings! They have suggested combinations of toppings and flavors, and you can't go wrong with their peanut butter specialties!
