I have been recovering for surgery and unable to drive to go out for ice cream. I was so excited to finally go and have always enjoyed but had not been to In years. The girl who served me was a petite Latina. I asked how many scoops fit in a large sprinkle cone. She said it was based on size and could or would not tell me how many scoops fit per size. I asked if I could choose 2 different Sunday combos to put in my cone and was told I could not. When I requested the rainbow cone I saw when I walked in and had been waiting so long for, they said they just sold the last one. I settled for the chocolate dipped. The woman handed me my ice cream in the chocolate dipped cone inside of a cone shaped paper holder. I pulled the cone out do the paper holder and asked her why she gave me a damaged cone, She told me they were all like that.I am sorry but that is such bull. My mother owned an ice cream store and they had other chocolate dipped cones. I was clearly irritated and the woman did nothing. She could have offered to put it in a waffle cup. I had to race to eat the ice cream before the paper cup gave out. I will think twice before buying from this cold stone location again. - Aimee Wanner
