Good quality ice cream but few of the most popular flavor not available. Such as coconut and Butter pecan, I wish they had it.Also pretty pricier. Service is good and quick.

Very bad customer service. The associate made my cookie dough ice cream all wrong, it was so bad that I just got back in line for someone else to make it the correct way. Same associate told me that she made it the way I asked for it and was very nasty with her remarks. In addition, there was a lobby full of patrons eating their ice cream, yet all the associates were in the back, no where to be found when we needed something simple, like a lid for our leftover ice cream. Won’t be back.

OMG .... they didn't have hot fudge. my granddaughter and I reach got one scoop ( hers was extra small.... it was over $13!! never again

We had a 20 percent coupon and a $66 order but the register was computing only $1.50 off. What type of operation are they running? Girls working there did not seem to care at all. Simply replied “ that has been happening all day”. Such a shame!
