Went in around 2pm today, took 6 minutes for an employee to even come out of the back, I could have robbed the place twice by then lol. She comes out in a hoodie and no actual work clothes. Then we ask for their new item. She says they ran out but had only opened 2 hours prior and the place was completely empty. Whoever owns this cold stone needs to figure things out.

My daughter worked at this shop in Maumee for years, along with other teenagers paid below minimum wage, relying on tips to make up the difference. Two separate general managers were caught stealing those tips—money earned by kids working long, hard hours. This wasn’t a misunderstanding—it was deliberate, repeated theft.Even worse, corporate was made aware through multiple reports and chose to do nothing. No action, no safeguards, and no transparency. To make matters worse, several employees who spoke up about the theft were fired. Only recently—after a second round of prolonged theft—have some been asked to return. But the message is clear: speak up, and you’re expendable.This isn’t just mismanagement—it’s systemic abuse of young workers. If you’re a parent, customer, or someone considering a job here, be warned: this company has allowed tip theft at the highest store level and retaliated against those who tried to stop it.

After a botched DoorDash order, the manager, Bri, personally delivered the ice cream herself. She was super understanding and the ice cream was perfect as always! Best service in town.

We ordered pick up and when we got to the location the workers were standing around talking. They didn't start our order right until we got there. They need to focus more on work and less time chit chatting.

UPDATE:Ordered in the app (benefit of the doubt that maybe that's where the problem lays 🤔). Ordered the Oreo Overload & received something more like Oreo Oh-no! as there was supposed to be double the oreos, but not even the equivalent of 1 whole oreo was in there. 🙄😫11 MONTHS AGO 3 STARS:3 times last week we ordered our usual 2 items, 1 of which being the Oreo Overload but with Coffee ice cream & always a Gotta Have It size. 1st time was made with incorrect ice cream, all 3 times minimal oreos & all 3 times less than usual for the size ordered. 😑 New people and service still all good, just bummed that 3 out of 3 times in 1 week was my very same item subpar. By no means new to this location or this ordered item, so all comparisons based off of steady history of. Hoping it's not a change in business.8 MONTHS AGO REVIEW 5 stars:Brenda and her team are all wonderful! A pleasant experience every time we visit and not to mention that it's always delicious. Portions are lovely; location is always clean and aromatic, too, of course.
