In my 8 years of coming here I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I’m all for engaging with your coworkers and making your day go by smoothly, but when you have a customer directly in front of you and you blatantly look at that customer and continue to have a conversation with your coworkers laughing and googling for an entire minute before acknowledging your customer then that’s a bit rude. You then proceed to be rude throughout the entire interaction of serving your customer so much so you’re giving your customer change back from cash and you have all the coins fall on the floor because you have an attitude serving said customer. Matthew Y needs a lot of retraining on customer engagement and satisfaction because this entire interaction was definitely not it!

Shout to Sara that worked 8/25 closing time hooked it up with some extra sprinkles when I tried to DIY at home bought the ice cream and couldn’t find any rainbow sprinkles anywhere. Thank you for humoring my conversation. Ice cream delicious as usual .

Went in for ice cream few days ago, received horrible service from William. He had an attitude and seemed like he hates his job. Didn’t ask any questions, and even did our order wrong. Will not be returning here and making sure I share my experience with friends and family.
