Got a "packed" quart and paid $15.... so disappointed when I gor home wasn't fully packed. Girl who was even packing was not happy I ordered it. For how much I paid I expected it to be full.... but I guess not cold stone they pack it 3/4 full....

Paid for ice cream in an online order and went to pick it up. When I get there they let me know that they are out of that item. They then tell me they can’t refund me because nobody knows how to do it😂. So I got to go back a different day just to get my money back. Basically got jumped by cold stone.

Great delicious ice cream! The best ice cream in my opinion is the cheesecake fantasy. So good and tasty. The service was good, they were nice and got my order pretty quick. The only bad thing is that the place was dirty. The tables were messy and sticky. There was napkins and spoons on the floor, and the trash was so full that you could see it falling over the trash can. Also I seen a couple of flies. The place was kinda warm for being a reallyHot day. The door was dirty like kids have been touching it with their dirty fingers, just from the stickiness of the ice cream. But it gets 4 stars for such a good ice cream and 3 stars for overall service. Also their cakes are pretty good!

100% will be coming back here for all of my ice cream and ice cream cake needs. They helped me out big time for my spouse's graduation cake! I was unfortunately let down by a competitor who decided they could not fulfil my order even though all the information they provided said otherwise. Out of desperation, I stopped at Cold Stone Creamery and explained my situation. I needed a cake in 24 hours and even though their requirement was at least 48 hours notice, this team stepped up and helped me out and honestly, made the entire graduation a massive success. The ice cream cake was delicious and our entire family loved it. Thank you so much for doing this on such short notice and I ask anyone reading this to please make sure you spend your money there for good quality ice cream and everything else they provide!
