The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you’re paying almost $20 for a couple ice creams you would think it would come with a smile at least.We were overcharged and on top of that did not receive what we asked for… I asked the girl if she put almonds in the ice cream and she proceeds to ask me, “Did you ask for almonds?,” in the rudest way.On top of the rude customer service we did not even receive spoons, lids, or a bag for our ice cream. I have not been to cold stone in years, but after today’s terrible experience, I will never be coming back.If you want your customers to feel welcomed in an establishment, customer service is a must.
