Have been coming to this Cold Stone for years, and the ice cream never gets old. My personal favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix, as you get a brownie mixed within the ice cream itself. They also have many options and different varieties; perfect for all kinds of tastes. In my last visit, Omar scooped my ice cream and was very nice and courteous. He was quick and good at what he does. I can highly recommend this Cold Stone and am very glad it’s nearby.

I ordered around 9:20pm, the kids “working” took my order and my husband’s. By the time we made it to pay, only my husband had his ice cream. I had to order mine THREE different times and I didn’t get my ice cream until 9:40pm. The kids employed there are not even paying attention, they are joking around and allowing people who aren’t working behind the counter. I know it’s probably these kids first job but if they can’t behave professionally and organized when it’s their busiest time then adults need to be present. There’s never an adult in the store. We will definitely not go here any more.

My friend and I went there to go get ice cream one night. As soon as we walked we noticed very loud music playing and when we went to order the worker immediately asked “what do you want” almost like we were bothering her. My friend asked for one size but ended up getting the wrong size and got charged for the larger size. We didn’t notice the size difference until after we left. The worker who was making the ice cream had a lot of attitude towards us. When we went to go pay the cashier was very nice and greeted us properly. I won’t go back there again even though the cashier was very nice and helpful.
