Worst experience. I used to like this store but it is nothing but a disappointment since last 5 visits. The store-ColdStone itself says that the icecream is made on the coldstone for us. Howrver, the quality is extremely poor. Despite asking multiple times, the ice cream was still given to us in a quality worse than those we get at the grocery stores. It was not beat on the cold stone and we were told that it wasn’t working. If it’s not working, why sell it? And we paid 37$ for this.Would like to let the management know that this store people needs extra training or new cold stone or whatever is needed.

I ordered my ice cream for delivery. I love cold stone, always have. I was so excited and looking forward to my icecream and when it arrived I noticed the size wasn't correct and upon further investigation, it was the complete wrong ice cream but my name was attached to it. I have a peanut butter allergy and I received icecream with peanut butter in it. I called immediately and there was no care or professionalism. They said the manager will give a refund when they get there. Unbelievable. I'm not one to complain or write complaints. But imagine if I were to take one little bite? Would they care then?***EDIT***I still have not received a refund for the mistake after being promised one. I will never be going to this location again. Poorly managed.

$12 for two small scoops in a small cup. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they gave me a little scoop for my dog which I thought was kind for them to accommodate. Although it makes me wonder if I wasn’t charged for two ice creams when in fact, all I got was one and a small scoop to the side for my dog , The quality of the ice cream is on par with that of Stewart’s ice cream in my own opinion. I consider myself a connoisseur of high-quality soft ice cream and this unfortunately is not one of them. I suppose there are worse. Another pet peeve is the shape of their spoon. The spoon is very deep with sharp edges on the side so when you take a bite and pull the spoon out of your mouth comes very close to slicing your upper lip. I would describe the ice cream as Lots of sweet lots of fat lots of other fillers not much taste. But you decide.

One of my two favorite ice cream shops in the town. Delicious, fresh ice cream but pricy. There are a couple of tables in front of the store to taste some fancy Cold stone flavors with a Stuyvesant view.

Online it says Cold Stone at this location is open until 10pm and I walked into this shop at 9:50pm hoping to get a quick cup of ice cream only to get bullied out of the store getting yelled at saying the store was closed at 9pm. Then why are the doors still open at 9:50pm? When online it says the store is open until 10pm? Very rude people working here, definitely do not recommend coming here.
