Went to this Cold Stone Creamy for the first time since I relocated to Va and what a huge disappointment for a small cup of pricey sweet cream ice cream. And what found as I was eating my ice cream where many chunks of solid ice cream. This was also in my husband’s cup of ice cream Also originally requested a hot fudge sundae but was told the management doesn’t allow that . Been to many Cold Stone ice cream creamery’s though out the county and this is tge absolute worse .

We went to Coldstone and got 3 kids size ice cream and both of the ice creams that I ordered were perfect amount. But the 3rd that I ordered was a size of a table spoon. And I understand that kids size is supposed to be a pretty small amount but he gave me barely a spoonful and when we wereAsking him to add a little more he said it would cost more.

I had a question about some choices and I asked if their was a menu to read the topping list and the young girl gave me a look and attitude as if I was asking too much. Didn't appreciate it. The space was OK, but there wasn't many spaces to sit. Was clean and the ice cream was good.

I wanted to picked it up quickly so I ordered online - BUT waited 30 mins just for them to tell me what I ordered was not available and they couldn’t refund the money. This is 3rd or 4th time of horrible service, please pay attention to the quality of the brand you are representing.

I had a chocolate devotion in King of Prussia mall near Philadelphia and became obsessed with it.I paid this location two visits in this week, but disappointed both the times. Staff were friendly and polite, but they are not doing their best when it comes to crafting ice cream. They are not doing good with proportions.On my second visit, she mixed it hardly 10 seconds and I got big chunks of brownie which you can see in the last picture.The first (from left) is the one that made me obsessed. We can clearly see the difference in texture and color.People are paying for one of the most expensive ice creams for a reason and I hope they respect that fact.
