★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff here is always great, but some things are good on the menu and other things could be better. The cookies are all delicious, but the soft serve leaves something to be desired. It might have just been something wrong with the machine but the texture was too icy and not nearly as creamy as some other places. I think the hard ice cream is fine, but if you are looking for soft serve specifically this might not be the place. Also it seems like the milk shake machine may have been out of order for a while based on other reviews. Still a good place to have in the neighborhood!
February 21 · Joshua RobinsonIce cream is always really good, but they've had some bad staffing issues as of late. I've gone at 4pm for 5 days in a row now and they've always been locked up with a paper sign that says sorry closed at 6 (pm) on the door. Hope business picks up enough to fix this because the food is amazing!Edit, looks like it's regular hours for the summer now! Place is still great
June 15 · the lober (lober)Cookie sundaes! We came in about an hour before closing, and they were out of our first two choices of cookies. We ended up getting the Macadamia Nut Cookie Sundae. It was really good! It was the perfect amount to split with someone.
December 10 · Tamara GreenThe caramel cookie was the best and softest of them all and had a very nice rich buttery flavor.. really delicious. The brownie with buttercream frosting is my favorite, even though I never eat sprinkles, I don't mind the sprinkles on these brownies because they're soft. One time they accidentally gave me the brownie with the chocolate sprinkles and I didn't like it at all, it left an awful aftertaste. Ive had cookies in the past from here, I've tried most of the flavors and although the taste of all of them was decent, i wasn't impressed because some of them were too hard and dry but it seems like they've improved this. It's a really nice little shop, it's very clean, it smells amazing, the manager is super friendly and helpful. Lots of different cookies, ice cream cakes, ice cream Etc and they have a nice little outdoor space in the back.
September 25 · J KOrdered a ‘77 with pb cups and chocolate pretzel caramel. Figured it was all mushed in with vanilla, my fault on not checking. The chocolate part on the pretzel option means ice cream. The girls made it and then saw I do not like chocolate ice cream and then offered to fix it with vanilla - at closing time. It was delicioussss and the service made it that much more enjoyable!
