★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had a wonderful experience with my family! Staff were outstanding with their customer service. The line was long and we still received our orders quickly. I loved that the ice cream flavors were not what I could typically find at the store and you definitely could tell top of the line quality! I also appreciated that they had dairy free option. And as a bonus, there was a little kid area for my littles to play/eat!I look forward to our next visit (as do my kids)!!
April 25 · Sarah ZuspannIce cream was delicious (if pricey) but we had to take it outside to eat in the park (which was lovely). I almost left without ordering because of the strong musty/mildew smell in the shop. It hits you the second you walk in. Very unappetizing - I can't imagine eating inside here.
July 17 · Anna HerseyThe creamery is under new ownership and things are not the same. While I understand with new owners comes change but what we just experienced was higher prices, way smaller portions and very few choices to pick from. I ordered a small hard dipped cone for $5.25 and I received 2 of the smallest scoops of ice cream. The same for the rest of my family. Very unfortunate. We will be going to Norm's from now on.UPDATE AFTER OWNERS RESPONSEI understand the beginning of the season is a little slower and it makes sense to offer fewer selections until business picks up. My family used to go to Coopersville Creamery all the time and the portions were larger. Maybe we were all given too large of a portion every time and we were just used to that? What I am referring to is when I would order a small cone each of the 2 scoops on top would be made up of 3 smaller scoops. What I received on this visit was 2 small balls barely the size of the ice cream scooper for $5.25. Just not what I was expecting. If this is the actual portions you are serving for those prices I am not sure I can stop in with my family 2 times a week all summer like in past years. I guess we will give it a few weeks and try again as the owner has requested. My suggestion to the new owners would be to increase the amount of ice cream you are giving.
April 13 · Jeremy KelloggUpdate: New Ownership. I'm sorry to say that this place is not the same and not inviting. Selections are horrible and been there three times since New ownership. You first walk in and no greeting. The atmosphere is bland now and it looks like a dying business that someone looted the place from a year ago. Higher prices with ice cream you can get at any gas station. it was my favorite place to go. Creameries are supposed to be a place that has unique offerings and service. We will not be going back. RIP Coopersville Creamery.Original Review:The only reason it's not a 5 star is the times open during the year and staffing sometimes is hit or miss. But the selection and ice cream is the best in the area as far as I'm concerned. Room for improvement but a great place to hang out on a hot day.
May 01 · Luke SavageGreat ice cream, great family friendly environment, reasonably priced. Try the brown eyed girl sundae!
