Wooster must be saying “FINALLY!”. I know I have! This DQ upgrade has been long overdue but it’s here! Got some time to grab a chocolate milkshake and here are some thoughts on my experience in the new building.The space is beautifully renovated! Plenty of seats and it seems like they’ll always be busy! Summer or winter!The young man who took my order was brilliant! Service with a smile which I appreciated! Didn’t get his name but well done! He kept it up too!The wait was a bit, but I have no complaints. If you do, then give them time and patience! They’re young but they’re trying and want to make sure you’re taken care of. The number system worked perfectly for this town and crowd. I’d rather wait for a good product than have a product rushed and be bad! Will have to try their food next time!Extra parking was crucial and even when it’s packed, there’d still spots thankfully!Overall, for the brief period I was there when getting a simple milkshake, i was pleased with the updated experience! Keep it up!

I've been here on three separate occasions and my order has been wrong every time. Super simple orders by the way.... Not to mention the mix-ins for the blizzards are never mixed in, extremely skimpy and pretty much haphazardly sprinkled on top..... This place was better before they rebuilt.

We had to wait a long time before they took our order. Only one girl taking orders and we were first in line.! Once we finally got waited on the food did come out fast. My cheeseburger was dry but my blizzard was good.

I had a horrible experience this evening. Had a long day and just wanted a quick treat at Dairy Queen on a Friday night. Ordered some fries and they were cold and clearly had been sitting for awhile. I guess my request was an inconvenience on their lives, these kids were extremely awkward and the new fries I got had a few hot ones and still cold ones. I'm all for young employees but if that's what you want to employ train them properly. Won't be returning to this establishment.Edit: Checked the burger I ordered without cheese. It has cheese with no bun... #neveragain

My daughter ordered an ice cream cone with sprinkles, and I had a blizzard with a small order of onion rings. It was all delicious! However, the lobby was a mess. The only condiments stocked in the lobby were the relish. Trash cans were overfilled and crumbs and smears on tables and glass. Staff was friendly and I could tell they were doing the best the could during a rush. So they gained an extra star from me.
