Jennifer helped me select the perfect ice cream cake for a large group. It was delicious. I called the day before, and Jennifer assured me that they would have all the flavors after she double-checked the freezer. She also told me they make them fresh every day. Great service and a great ice cream cake.

Never really have problems, just didn't like the "owner" strategy on dealing with customers, why would you engage with poor people skills like that. Coulda done so much better and have successful results instead kinda sound like a douche when all said and done. Just saying

Their lobby is closed do to short staffing but unlike Wendy’s when I called them to ask if their was a way I could order because I’m walking from next door while my car gets worked on they were so nice and polite on the phone and even in person were so nice.Plus fast service, gave me a real chill vibe, made my birthday just feel a little better. Thanks Dairy Queen Staff you guys made my day much better. 🙂
