★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Grace the “Manager” is the most incompetent person I have ever met. Not only are my orders mostly wrong; she argues about it. She also never gives me the correct change like EVER. I have to help her calculate the correct amount back EVERY SINGLE TIME. I stopped coming to this location because of her and recommend other locations because she is THAT BAD. I hope she isn’t a Nepo hire. Because I can’t find any good reason to keep her.
March 13 · KarThe ice cream here is good. We enjoyed it six different products and flavors. The banana split is my to go.
May 17 · Razz CaliThey have single handedly guided through PMS, a breakup, and of course happy times too.Do yourself a favor and get a cupcake during Fall times so it comes with the cutest little whipped cream pumpkin
September 15 · Alyssa Jonesevery time i order a strawberry blizzard with CONE DIP and mixed nuts they try to correct me and say “do you mean the chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard?” i say yes cuz as a former employee that is exactly what the blizzard is it’s just not on the menu. but even though i tell them exactly what i want in there they still make wrong by using the chocolate chunks not the cone dip. it doesn’t taste as much of chocolate and its just disappointing. if you are gonna hear what i want an then call it something different insisting its the same when it literally isn’t. was feeling crappy and just wanted the ice cream i asked for.
January 12 · Maya GrangoAccommodated my special order to my blizzard, but seemed understaffed (a 2 working) and so to drive through for a blizzard took longer than I expected. But the blizzard was yum!!! So I’d go back, maybe just an off day when I went 😉
