I always have an exciting feeling about going to Dairy Queen because it’s a childhood fantasy to come here every day and eat all the ice cream I want. However, it quickly becomes very disappointing. When the price range for a small vanilla soft serve cone costs $4.39. It taste exactly the same as a McDonald’s ice cream cone, which is under two dollars. There is no free parking or parking lot so you have to find it on the street. The inside is ice cold and nice for the summer. There’s nothing wrong with the staff or the ability to sit down and order all kinds of ice cream and sundaes. But I do believe the prices are way too high.

I get no pleasure as someone that grew up and enjoys Dairy Queen to say, this location is straight up cheating customers. I spent nearly $150 buying one 8” Oreo blizzard cake & two 10” cakes, over the past 4-5 weeks. They advertise equal layers of vanilla on the bottom and blizzard on top. The cakes I purchased had virtually non existent layers of vanilla. The person working there said that’s the way they are supposed to be made. If so, stop advertising something completely different. I get it, handmade things can vary, but these are not the slightest reflection of what is advertised. Please stop cheating customers!!Btw: I included photos of the advertised cake and a couple of what I got!

I’d give less than 1 star if I could. My family of 5 are from out of state and we googled a place for ice cream. Online says they were open til 10pm. We got there at 9:20pm and the woman who took our order was clearly annoyed we were there and rushed my family through our whole order. We sat down and she informed us the lobby closed in 10 minutes. This confused me because online said 10. I told her we would hurry. My children are 7, 5 and 3 and I didn’t want ice cream melting everywhere in the car. The man cleaning the lobby was rude to us telling us we needed to leave because the lobby was closed. I said the woman who took our order said we had 10 minutes. He said no she didn’t. I said then what did she say? He said I don’t know what she said, but the lobby is closed. So the only choice we had was to gather up our girls and go outside and eat our ice cream on the street. As we were walking out the door, I said online it says you are open until 10. He said our drive thru is, the lobby closes at 9:30. I said is that just your made-up rule? He said that’s the owners rule and he couldn’t shut the door on us fast enough.I’m a business owner myself. So from business owner to business owner: Do Better. Update your Google hours. It’s not hard. And find employees who will treat your customers with the respect they deserve for choosing your store.

RACIST!!!!! My boyfriend went in and LISA, the manager, didn’t even have the decency to look him in the eye. When he asked if an item was available she plainly pointed at the menu without a word but an attitude. She made the assumption that he can’t afford the extra stupid Oreos he wanted. BUT the WHITE couple that followed behind him received a bright bushy tailed smile and kind eyes. How quaint… The establishment is anti black and I’ll be taking this issue ALL THE WAY up the ladder. Us black folk are allowed and able to get a damn sundae and be treated fairly and kind LISA!

Whoever they have working at this location answered the phone so rudely and was annoyed that I asked a simple question. She had a horrible attitude and should not be in customer service or dealing with people. Called today around 8:45pm if you guys want to make money train your staff accordingly.
