★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you close at 9pm and have 20 cars waiting 45 min or longer because your front door is locked so can’t even go in to order maybe tell them you can’t take their order instead of just ignoring them at the window while making blizzards for employees and their friends. Terrible quality of service never coming back.
May 12 · Chris LawrenceHave always had a great experience at this location. Marie is fantastic and does such a great job decorating the cakes!!
April 17 · Jennifer PetrucciBeen patronizing this place for 25 years. Never again. First in line at drive-thru with no customers inside. Three teen-age girls working (more like screwing around). Waited at the drive-thru looking in the window for about 10 minutes for a hot fudge sundae and mini blizzard. For close to 5 minutes I saw none of them making anything while the line was building. Then there were several treats made and handed over the counter inside. Finally got my treats which were half melted. Got home to find my blizzard had no flavor. Went back to complain and ask for a refund. Was told no refund and that they were out of Peach Cobbler for the blizzard. There were now 10 people inside and about 10 cars in the drive-thru. The idiot in charge gave me the personal phone number of the Manager whom I called immediately upon leaving. She will need to review the situation on Monday. I told her that if those girls worked for me, they'd be fired. A very sad reality with today's youth. No accountability, no concerns, and no compassion for the customer. Just attitude.Manager should be ashamed.
October 05 · Bruce CorsaroThe 2 blizzards I ordered were melted when they gave them to me at the drive-thru/pickup window. And not just a little melted, we're talking milkshake consistency. Not sure what happened or if there was a delay with the car in front of me, but it would have been nice if they offered to remake them. I ended up just throwing them away.
September 14 · Erica VI would give zero stars if I could. The ice cream is totally melted every single time. It’s basically soup. The lines are always incredibly slow. You’ll be waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes. The staff is incredibly rude, especially the owner. Ice cream was literally liquid so I asked for a new one and they literally rolled their eyes at me. Any good review within the last two years or so is obviously just someone that knows the owner. All the good reviews are fake. This place is total garbage
