The last two times recently I ordered a small Blizzard and it was almost all melted hardly any ice cream just liquid. Dairy Queen used to be good when the other owners own the place. I thought they were supposed to hold the blizzard upside down before they gave it to you to show you that it was mixed well and it wasn't melted they don't do that no they just put a lid on it and just hand it over to you I don't think I'm going to come back so disappointed

It's really getting ridiculous that when you order a blizzard you get a cup of milk with add ins, if the machine is screwing up maybe the health department should get involved, if it's the workers maybe fire them. And the management is God awful, I'd really like to hear from the owner at this point because it's becoming repetitive

This DQ used to be great but new owners took over and this DQ has to be the worst in the area. Don’t waste your money here! Employees need training and proper etiquette classes. They are very rushy and rude, if they acknowledge you at all. My last few orders have been wrong, missing items, and sub par at best. There are numerous reviews pertaining to blizzards; not being properly mixed, consistency, and toppings…I can attest that I’ve also experienced the same issues.The owner should have to forfeit his franchise rights until further training or sell to someone more competent. It’s sad to see this business failing the community that supported it for many many years. And I’m certain, just like with all the other reviews here, I’ll get some lame auto generated response of an impersonal apology and hopes to see my patronage soon. Well, rest assured that my return to your ineptly run business will not ever happen until positive changes occur within your establishment.

Went in to pick up an online order. Staff didn’t acknowledge me or any of the other customers in the store. I said something to one of the employees and was told they only had 4 people and were very busy. This was said like I was wasting his time. Got the same attitude when I asked for a receipt for the order I was picking up. It only takes a second to acknowledge a customer! No reason to ignore the people that help to pay you. And no reason to be rude!

Wasn’t good!! Used my points for my free pretzels such a waste they tasted Doughy like not all the way done tasted real weird and I get my large Reese cup blizzard extra Reese’s and I open it there’s a lot of of Reese’s just sitting on top not properly mixed at all , I did ask for extra but that blizzard was not mixed good enough and it wasn’t filled all the way up it was close but not how it should be , another dq I’ve gotten the same thing and it’s always mixed really well filled all the way too the top , worse dq I’ve been too! Customer service was good but the food nooo
