★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Can't fault the ONLY person working and it was warm that day... my bf took me there for dinner... it would've been great if she wasn't the only one there cuz the dogs were still cold as was the chili since the cheese didn't melt... but the ice cream was on point! But there was a steady line before us and after us... think she felt rushed...
June 20 · Ms PrettyAirport Rd in Jackson Michigan. We were there on mother's day, myself with my husband & our sons family including our 2 year old granddaughter. We waited 40 minutes for our food which they delivered to the wrong table & after letting the ppl pick through it, then picked it up & handed it to us. Really - that's not acceptable by any means. Even McDonald's wouldn't do that. We refused it & they told us it'd take awhile to redo it because they were busy. We should have been priority at that point. When I stated that wasn't acceptable since we had already waited 40 minutes already, they didn't reply. We asked for a refund which took another 15 minutes. No real apology or anything. My 2 year old granddaughter was starving at this point & just wanted her burger & fries. So disappointed. Our first time there and this is how we are treated on mothers day. Really! At least they could have rushed and remade our food and have us free ice cream. But no nothing! Sad. Customer service there sucks! Don't go there!
June 01 · Just Me TooFirst visit was given spoiled ice cream. Second visit I asked for mint chocolate chip and got vanilla for the bottom half and a half ass mint at the top. (You can tell instead of remaking it correctly they just put it at the top to look correct.) Last visit still got vanilla at the bottom and zero chocolate chips after paying for extra. I went back to ask for chocolate chips to be told they didn’t have any. This could have been told when taking the order. I had to ask what were some other options rather than the workers seeking to help correct the issue. Clearly this is the standard of this Dairy Queen since I’ve had different workers each time. So there will be no next time.
June 01 · Andrea GalindoKinda in a not so great part of town, but the service is wonderful, and the treats are great. Good place for some ice cream on a hot summer day.
