We will no longer be going to this Main St location. It appears there may be new owners. Quality has gone downhill. Watched all the employees making cones, etc without gloves! Perhaps okay if not touching the product, but they used bare hands to put the crunch coat topping on my cone. 🤢🤮

Don't bother with this location, just go to the ridge road location instead. We were in there for like 3 minutes and saw a guy move a nasty trash can and then not wash his hands before making orders. I don't even want to know the other unsanitary stuff that happens. The employee we dealt with was rude. The ice cream here is somehow worse than at any other DQ I've been to. It's weird and watery and just tastes worse. My friend mobile ordered a dipped cone with sprinkles (which were 80 cents extra) and they told him they can't put sprinkles on it. He also got 2 different blizzards and they were both bad. Fluffernutter was missing the marshmallow and the cake in the confetti cake was gross. Trust me, it's worth the drive to the other location.

I was very excited about the 85 cent blizzard deal, however, I had some difficulties with the deal, I explained how the deal was not working to the workers. They just stared blankly at me and claimed they had no clue how to work the app or about the deal going on today. Not to mention the workers were eating behind the counter while handling food and talking to me, as well as, not wearing gloves while handling food, very unsanitary!

Terrible, ice cream was over filled and the ice cream was already melting when we have received it. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dairy queen in my life. My pants have melted ice cream all over. They didn't even turn it upside down. I'm horribly dissatisfied.

Don't bother ordering a cake from here. They claim to be having "issues while under new ownership" and never made the cake I ordered. My email confirmation shows the order went thru for the correct location, date and time. And they act like they know about the "issue" but clearly do nothing to have fixed it. Giant disappointment!Edit to add: The response listed from DQ below was highly generic in nature. I submitted to the link they provided and got what appeared to be an automated response that indicated they are sorry and they'll pass along my complaint. No action was offered to make it right.
