★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Awful experience. First time going to this DQ and we spent $22 for three people of ice cream. They usually flip the blizzards upside down before handing it to you. Not a single blizzard was flipped upside down. They were handed to us melting with no lids. Immediately when pulling off, one of them fell off the weak drink carrier they gave us and everything spilt all over my brand new car. Ruined my carpet. And the service was completely terrible. It took begging them to even get the one ice cream remade when they didn’t even bother ensuring it wasn’t melted.
March 12 · Hadee AlhassanawiGreat experience here with my kids. They were super generous with the scoops and put a huge smile on their faces. Thank you!
June 15 · Chen ChenParker Robins. Exceptional service. Kid served 7 ice creams in under 5 mins. Give this kid a raise
December 07 · Javier EspaillatThis DQ used to be one of my favorite places to get ice cream when I was younger but it's changed a lot. In terms of service, there were three teenage girls behind the register that were loudly chatting with two other girls across the counter, I think they all might've been friends. It took a bit to get their attention to order, and when I did one of the girls was quite rude and condescending when speaking to me.Unpleasant as it was, I think this kind of service might be pretty much normal nowadays for local eateries, but I was also disappointed with the ice cream quality. The soft serve was watery and had very little flavor from what I remembered, while the price had jumped up. I haven't been to a DQ in a couple years, so I'm guess the recipe was diluted due to inflation?Overall it felt very unwelcome and the ice cream wasn't good.
May 08 · Elise XueWent in at 9:15p last week on a night they were supposed to close at 10p. All the ice cream was covered and someone was sweeping behind the ice cream cases . I thought they were closing at first. I didn't mind they were trying to get ahead of getting out of there, I get it. I felt bad though asking if I could see my ice cream options and ended up bailing out by getting soft serve. Rhanking maybe wait to cover the ice cream until 15min before you're going to close? All good... I loved my soft serve and was happy with it! Thank you!!!
