As you would probably expect the 🍨🍦 is delicious 😋. Long lines most of the time, kind of slow but a great desert on a warm summer 🌞 night. 🌙.

I got a medium blizzard and it was the sloppiest item I've ever received there. It was melted when they handed it to me. As soon as I took off the lid melted ice cream just started pouring out all over my hands and pants. And after handing me a melted over filled blizzard they decided not giving us any napkins was a good idea. I'd rather wait longer and have better quality than vise versa.

There are beetles EVERYWHERE. I just got home with my ice cream and cannot even eat it… I’m too grossed out by the beetles that were everywhere. I’m sure the workers don’t enjoy working with that either. We were at the wrong window by mistake and was ignored for 15 minutes until someone came to direct us to the right window. Thank you to that one person. Will probably never come back to this location.

Placed an online order said it would be done by 7:55pm. Got there @ 7:50pm. Now I’m just getting home with my three large blizzards (it’s 8:36pm). I should be getting my money back bc I don’t want my blizzards I want to go to bed. Will never go to this location again

Once again we have complaints for this location.My wife just stopped in and purchased 2 blizzards one small royal fluffernutter and one medium tropical. The small blizzard barely reached the top of the cup.She paid 11.80 for these and an empty cone .Both blizzards were soup they didn't even resemble ice cream, not even shake consistency.On top of that the tropical blizzard had strawberries in it which my wife is allergic to. Tropical blizzards don't have strawberries.We order them all the time.These are absolutely the worst items we have gotten from this location, and yes we have complained before.Apparently your staff don't know what they are doing, either through poor training or they just don't care.You never get napkins or carriers when getting multiple items. This location has gone downhill badly. I know we will no longer go to this location, which is a shame because we live around the corner. We will take our business to one of the mom and pop shops from now on.
