Love Dairy Queen, but the lady working there is very rude. She clearly ignored me and my mom even though we were standing two feet away from her, then turned around with a very creepy smile and claimed she “didn’t hear us”. She doesn’t seem hard at hearing just a very rude individual that shouldn’t be working at an ice cream store. I live around here so I’ll be visiting again, but next time I have a rude encounter with staff I’m calling corporate.

Ummm, I really don't know what happened here, or what to think. I was in the shop, I was waiting in line, and for some reason I was ignored. Completely ignored. The associate finished with the person in front of me, and then began helping the person behind me. When I said that I was next, I was told no she was here before. But she wasn't. I was waiting in line the whole time. I just stood there dumbfounded for a couple of seconds. Then, I turned around and walked out of the store without purchasing anything. Absolutely, unbelievably, unacceptable. I will never ever be come back to this store again.

Desserts are good but the staff is very rude!There's no way I'm going back to Dairy Queen again. There are a lot of places with good desserts and good customer service; I'd rather go to those places.

They don’t offer the full menu here. Besides ice cream, only hot dogs. No chicken tender, no burgers, no fries. You get chips. This should be a DQ Express or something. Very disappointing plus the just wasn’t there
