★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give them -000 I would!! The owner thinks it’s okay to talk disrespectful to kids!! The ice cream isn’t anything like the advertised picture! My kids ordered a banana split and it looked like a bowl of slop!! When my kids tried to ask for their money back the lady that claims she owns this establishment refused them a refund and got very rude and disrespectful! I called to talk to the owner and right away RUDE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I could’ve gotten over the BAD ICE-CREAM BUT NOT HER BAD ATTITUDE!!! NEVER AGAIN!! You will not get our service or our money!!!! SHE MADE DAIRY QUEEN LOOK REALLY BAD! I will be going to my social media to warn all of my friends and family so their kids know not to go there!!
June 21 · Autumn DeeLove comming here to get ice cream. The prices are way over priced for what you get, but for treat once and a while. And who doesnt like ice cream treats from time to time. I would be super big if i worked here lol.. Always plesant staff here.
April 14 · Holly ZimmermanIt's a nice place to hit when we leave John Ball Zoo. The staff is always polite and my kids love their ice cream, especially the purple fruity pebble hard shell! they do have seating, it was just tucked in the back and had NO shade what so ever. Otherwise, we enjoy going there and will stop back again.
July 25 · Kay SandersonThe ice cream is good. Sometimes it seems like the consistency of the product varies, but it is always enjoyable. I ordered a caramel moo-latte which was good, but not as much coffee flavor as I recall from previous seasons. All in all it's good if you don't want their burger menu. Only dogs and heated meat.
May 26 · Michael KridlerAlway get great service and food & treats whenever we visit. Drive thru staff is very nice and friendly and has always gotten my order perfect! Blizzards are still the best. I only wish it was open a little longer but completely understand - it’s 2021! Hopefully it will be back to normal in 2022.
