First time here. This DQ location is a small hidden gem. The lady behind the counter could have been friendlier - was not greeted when I arrived, a hello would have been nice. Service was quick. Ordered the ultimate cookie blizzard and it was already melted and soupy. Will come again since it’s local. Hopefully blizzard ice cream and customer service are better.

This place is the worst! They are never open on time and their staff is completely rude. Today was free ice cream cone day and whoever was supposed to show up for their shift must have never shown because the store hours say it opens at 11 and it is 11:30 and still the store is closed. I just wasted my whole lunch waiting for the store to open to only be turned away. This is absurd!

3rd time visiting this location and all three times were great. They are super attentive and friendly. I love the timelines they have hanging up on the wall. Will always be going back!

DQ is one of my favorite places since childhood. It still is. Just a tad disappointed with the last cake purchase. It was poorly constructed, way more crunchies than necessary which displaced the amount of ice cream to crunchie ratio. They spilled out of the cake when cut making it hard to cut and very messy. I paid $27.99 for ice cream, not crunchies. It clearly looked like it was the first time the person was making the cake or was in a hurry and really didn't care about precision. I stopped buying the other local chain competition's cakes for the same exact reason. This is the first time and hopefully the last time I buy a cake that is not up to par. I love DQ ice cream too much to give up.

Super friendly staff and the blizzards and other treats are always on point. If there's a line they always keep things moving quickly and everything always comes out without any issues. The quality is also great and I always look forward to coming to this DQ location.
