★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This review is long overdue, but we wanted to thank the DQ staff for making us a fabulous gender reveal ice cream cake! The owner (I am so sorry to not remember his name) had never made a gender reveal cake, but took our vision and ran with it, no questions asked. The cake (with pink icing inside!) came out great and more importantly, was absolutely delicious. My husband and I cut into it privately and had a slice each night for the rest of the week 🥰
April 13 · Nina Ventresco LeonhardtThe ice cream cakes are delicious but don’t ask the high school boys working behind the counter to write on the cake for you
June 08 · Joshua SaragoviAs an ice cream enthusiast who frequents many spots around the Philly area, I can confidently say that this Dairy Queen in Malvern is exceptionally well-run and one of the best I've come across! The place is always spotless, and I often visit with my grandchildren, who love it just as much as I do.The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasure. They even go above and beyond by making exceptions for me—when it’s not too busy, they’re kind enough to prepare a fresh pint, something other locations just won’t do. It’s those little touches that make this DQ stand out. Thank you for the great service and delicious treats!
September 28 · Rich DAmicoMy kids love Dairy Queen cakes for their birthdays, but this place gets them wrong more than it gets them right. They were supposed to be open today at 10:30 for pickup but a posted sign said sorry for the inconvenience but we will be opening at 11:45. They could not make the cake I ordered because only the owner does it and he was not there, so they said if I just ordered a standard cake it would be $10 off. When I went to check out today, I informed the guy that was supposed to be $10 off, but he charged me the full price and said that was correct, even though that is the price I have always paid for the mix-in cakes.
