Ordered an ice cream cake through DoorDash to be delivered. The order was cancelled by the location. Called the store multiple times to see why, no answer. I filled out a form online to contact me and have not received a response. Called corporate and they can’t assist. I reordered it to be delivered today and have called the store multiple times to try and find out if this is something that’s able to be delivered but they still aren’t answering. If it’s not available for order then it shouldn’t be able to be ordered through the DoorDash app. I’m sure I’ll be getting another “Your order has been cancelled” text today.Update-Order was delivered which I’m very thankful for, still no response from corporate and the store still wasn’t answering the phone.

Haven't had an issue until tonight. I don't know what happened but the blizzards literally tasted rotten, like spoiled ice cream rotten.Never had this experience before but for the first time in my life I threw out an entire ice cream.Can't say I won't ever go back because it is convenient but if Bruster's Ice Cream is open across the street I'll be going there first.

Terrible. We saw online (and on the page on the door) that they closed at 9pm so we showed up 20 minutes early. When we got there the door was locked and there were still people inside. We knocked on the door several times and the lady in the picture shook her head and then proceeded to very rudely ignore us and make faces at us, when they supposedly still had 20 minutes left before closing. This dairy queen location has honestly just gotten worse and worse over the years, definitely don’t recommend.

This is now known as the Dairy Queen where we do not allow family and friends to get a blizzard. They have so many freezer machines dumping heat into the dining area and they do not run their air conditioning low enough. In this uncomfortably warm environment. It does not seem like they rinse/wash the machine for the blizzard. I believe it has soured milk on it that is then mixed into the blizzard. This is not a one time experience, Last month we ordered two blizzards. They remade them and even the ones they remade were sour. We just politely walked out of the store and dumped them in the trash can. Tonight, my daughter still wanted to order a blizzard even though she knew it most likely would taste sour like spoiled milk sure enough it did. My wife refused to even taste it she could smell how sour it was. That is now 5 sour blizzards. Ice cream cones and ice cream sundaes are not sour so at least that’s an option at this location.
