Went in for a birthday cake for my husband. The staff member was friendly and personalized the cake for me in no time at all. Store was clean and parking was ample.

The worst chain ever. Do not order through their app. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I usually give 4 or 5 stars in reviews, but obviously not this time.I ordered through the app, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have hot dogs at all! You might think, “OK, that happens.” But then they said I had to request a refund myself through their customer service. When I asked them to request the refund on my behalf, they said they couldn’t!Again, you might think that’s not too bad, but the only way to request a refund is by submitting a written request. When I did that, a few days later, they responded that the restaurant should issue the refund, not them! Then I called customer service and requested a refund again. A few days later—nothing. When I called back, they told me the restaurant had not responded to their request. Again nothing happened yet. And these many calls just for a small amount!This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
