I used to like this place but now I’m changing my rating. These last few times I’ve been to this location have been disappointing. For my blizzards about 1/4 or less have the toppings of a blizzard mixed with ice cream. After that it’s completely vanilla. If I wanted vanilla that’s what I would have ordered. Sometimes I was lucky enough to get half of my cup mixed. But this has happened every time, except when the older lady was working. She actually mixed it how it’s supposed to be. Every other person especially the skinny girl with the black curly hair, light skinned, never even tries to make it right. Pretty much I’m getting ripped off. I will now drive to Westland where this never happens. I really did give it a few times hoping they’d make it right but they just didn’t. Like I said I used to like this place but it’s just not worth it anymore. Oh yeah if you order extra toppings it’s hit or miss if you get it but you’ll get charged for it. But even then it still is not mixed.

I ordered a small hot fudge sundae that cost $4.97. This sundae had so little ice cream and the hot fudge was basically a line around the edge of the cup. When someone orders a sundae let’s give them a real hot fudge sundae… give them some HOT FUDGE. I might as well should have ordered a plain vanilla cone.

Purchased a birthday cake and cashier asked if we wanted anything written on it. We told him simple “happy birthday”. He takes the cake to the back, and they do NOTHING! We waited over 10 minutes and just took the cake with nothing written on it and the staff wasting time. They had about 6 people working so they had staff. Pure laziness and unprofessional behavior

Do NOT get a banana split from this location. You just get Vanilla Ice Cream and maybe some pineapple, strawberry and chocolate topping. It is not worth the near $7 cost.

This is an average Dairy Queen where you'll get an average experience. They are open until 11 pm, however on a Saturday the dining area was closed earlier and only the drive thru was open until 11 pm. You'll get the standard blizzards here, which are really sweet (almost too sweet for me).
