I come to this location often, solely for the Brownie & Oreo cupfection. One gentleman there makes this right every time! Heated brownies throughout (not all staff warm the brownies) the brownies are so soft with not too much Oreo, just the perfect amount of toppings every time. Good customer service & a delight. Thank you kind sir for taking pride in your work ☺️

I ordered uber eats from here twice now and both times were very disappointing. I ordered the strawberry chocolate cheesecake blizzard and there was no cheesecake pieces in it. The second time I ordered from here, I paid extra for cheesecake pieces in an oreo blizzard, but didn’t get the cheesecake pieces. In the same order, I paid extra to add fudge topping to a mint oreo blizzard and didn’t get that either. I just got into a situation where I don’t have a car anymore, so if I could drive to the location, I would. Spending my hard earned money here was a mistake. Don’t order from here if you’re getting it delivered.

In two of our recent visits to this location I've been very disappointed. Both times we're going thru the drive thru. The first visit my husband ordered for me a small dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard, one of their menu flavor offerings. What I got was a mini. At first as we drove away I was surprised thinking wow is how "small" things must be getting nowadays. Then I noticed it said mini on the cup. We had driven away already when I connected it together and was pretty bummed. There is barely anything in a mini to enjoy. The second visit was tonight. I ordered the same thing but we asked for a medium. Figured at least size wise that can't get messed up again. There was literally no cheesecake chunks. And probably half way down it was mostly all vanilla. We don't go to other locations as much for comparison but I'm never ordering a blizzard from here again.

I’ve previously gone here and had no trouble but when I ordered from here on Uber eats yesterday the ice cream was underwhelming to say the least. The blizzards are meant to have the toppings mixed in so each bite has some flavor but all three of the blizzards I ordered only had a bit of the top layer and the rest Pure Vanilla nothing else, I was pretty disappointed along with those who I bought the blizzards for. I got the chocolate covered strawberry blizzard and it only had 2 strawberries and some chocolate at the very top, my sister got Oreo and it was the same thing after the very top just vanilla, and for my brother in law too.
