Ice cream was good kind of skimpy. I was waiting in the line for probably 10 minutes. It took someone 5 minutes to greet me at the window. And took another couple minutes for a vanilla cone. I went again recently, they have a store full of teenagers who don’t know how to work. Rude employees.

Did not give correct order then when asked to fix it they said they'd have to charge us again because the kitchen made the wrong order. Do not go to this location. Go to leominster their prices are different as well and get better service.

These things were the size of smalls or kiddy size almost.This has been happening for a couple of years now.They really need to train their help, they seem like untrained children that don't want a job... It's terrible!ALMOST $12 FOR THESE!!!!Pathetic!!!!

I usually love Dairy Queen for a quick ice cream cone, but the prices have become outrageous for what you’re getting. I just spent $5 for this cone, and it was pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t mind spending the money if they product was worth it, but there’s barely any ice cream or dip on this thing! Crazy to me.
