I truly did not appreciate my experience here. Although my visit was brief, it was unpleasant. The male cashier with longer black hair was extremely rude. It seemed as though he was rushing us and had a bad attitude. There was no line or anything so I don’t understand the rush. My blizzard came out wrong and to avoid any more attitude, I didn’t say anything. I have been coming here for years and I’ve never experienced this at this location. I sadly will be avoiding coming here now.

Poor customer service on 3/30/25 at 1:10 pm. Came in with my young child. The chime on the door sounded as we entered. The only employee in the store never greeted us nor acknowledged us. We were the only customers in there. As we stood at the counter, he went on to make three blizzards while never making eye contact or speaking at all. My young child had to ask me if he was going to take us? As he finished the third blizzard we walked out. Will gladly spend my money at another establishment.

Bathroom is absolutely filthy and disgusting.It literally had poop stuck to the toilet bowel and the sink look like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time .Staff preparing something with banana on a dirty counter , no gloves lays knife down then goes to register .Cashier handling money and preparing orders .touching tops of drink covers after counting change . Floor is so dirty your shoes stick to it.

I’ve been there for ice cream twice in the past month - rude cashier. He definitely hates his job. One of my kids , suggested we order an ice cream cake for a bday because it’s hot: 10 inch soft serve round: $40: one of the rosettes was melted and on the bottom at pick up, the “HBD, name” was written all over the place - we had to go home and Scrape IT OFF. Saved the bday by having our own icing and my 13 yr old wrote it better than what we got. It looked like scribbled by a 5 yr old who never wrote happy bday before . At least space it out to make room for the name. Ugh. Also cake melts faster than you can cut it. Going back to Baskin Robins for all ice cream bday cakes !!!! Awful waste of money and heartache . Absolute 0 stars!!!!!

We love the vanilla milk shake and the caramel milk shake from here!! The blizzard and the tiramisu shake were good as well. Always have gotten good customer service as well!
