Actually the worse service ever experienced. I never write reviews, but this needed to be. All staff needs to be replaced, and probably management also if they keep having these recurring complaints. 2 girls ignoring and kept saying it would “take 5 min” , no one else in store and not even moving just chatting. At least try and make yourself look busy.

Just left this Dairy Queen due to being ignored by the workers. Was not acknowledged. Worker said to move to the other window as they were going to have two lines and me and my friends stood there for 5 minutes without being helped as customers after us were continuously being helped while we were ignored. It was not even super busy for this to even happen. Multiple employees walked by us without even greeting us or saying they will be a few minutes. Such a shame I left before any of the workers said anything to me. Horrible service.

I called ahead of time to ask if they had my items in stock (the buffalo and bbq melts) the lady on the phone assured me they had it. So I went ahead and placed and order in Uber eats. The DQ is 10 minutes away from me. After about 25 minutes I called the store to see what’s the hold up and she said that they had to send someone for ingredients for my melt.so then I was like fine, I was on my lunch at work and didn’t have unlimited time. In total I waited for almost an hour for my delivery. NEVER AGAIN.
