★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My daughter went and picked us up ice cream. She placed an order for me requesting chocolate ice cream because I am allergic to vanilla. When they handed her a blizzard with vanilla ice cream, she corrected them and said she had asked for chocolate. Instead of apologizing for her mistake the girl at the counter took the ice cream back added chocolate syrup, mixed it and gave it back to my daughter. Needless to say when she brought it home it was obvious that it was vanilla ice cream. Good customer service goes a long way and dairy queen in woodstock did not show any.
May 23 · Amber ValentinoHonestly so disappointed in this dq.. last week I ordered a raspberry Mr, freeze and the chunks of ice in my drink were so thick I was chewing my drink.. I didn’t even want it anymore and threw it away. I thought maybe they were in a rush and didn’t blend it good enough since they were packed… so tonight I decided to grab another one my boyfriend even made sure to ask them to blend all the ice properly… surely they did not do that and I’m at home chewing my drink again. If I wanted a cup of ice to chew on I would of just asked for it.. you can clearly see the chunks of ice in my picture.. I ordered this drink all of 2024 and it was because how creamy the drink was it was so good but sadly I won’t be ordering it no more because I don’t have money to waste for it not to be the way it should be made.
March 17 · Mariah Carbajal5/25/25 at 7:50PMGirl at the drive thru window did not have good customer service. I told her my twist cone was supposed to be dipped in chocolate and she rolled her eyes while saying she verified my order and she couldn't remake it. Mind you a twist cone dipped in chocolate is just ice cream dipped in chocolate. I was not asking for a new cone or ice cream just to have my cone dipped in chocolate like I originally asked and I would have offered to pay if it wasn’t charged the way I wanted it but the girl was very rude about it. Moral of the story bad customer service.
May 25 · Lisette MerazTheir blizzard prices are too much. You can get 9 original chicken sandwiches at Burger King on their Trio menu for almost the same price as three medium blizzards. That's not right!!!! I know neither one are good for you but at least you're getting lettuce with the chicken!!! I know there's labor involved with making the blizzards but the chicken sandwiches don't make themselves either!!!! Not to mention the medium size cup is now a small size Cup in comparison to when I was a kid!!!!!
April 21 · Mark ThomsenDrive thru hours say 12- 10pm but they were closed at 9pm. Can you update your hours?
