Spent almost $50 on 3 lunch meals and then they charged an extra 1.30 for 2 sauces ( honey mustard & bbq). Seriously???

NOT FRIENDLY. NOT CLEAN.Every time I walk in no one is smiling, and they all seem very unhappy to work there. I think I know why, because one time I was there and the owner was behind the counter. He seems very miserable. I was cheerful and looking forward to ice cream, and even tried to be friendly with him as he showed no response; almost rude, as he ordered the kid working for him to make my ice cream.The store is not kept clean. The bathrooms are gross, and any spills or mess on the floor stay there all day. The garbage bins look like they’ve never been washed.Lastly… DQ is overpriced. $7 for a small cup of ice cream?? Seems excessive when you can buy an entire tub from the grocery store for the same price. On top of that they ask you for a tip! I’m getting tired of systems that request a tip for simply buying a product. The owner sat there and watched me pay as if pressuring me to see if I’d tip, which I didn’t, so he then walked away with a look of disappointment. No “thank you.” No “have a nice day.” Just turns his back on me, tells his employee what to make, and walks away.They even have a cash tip jar by the register. Ridiculous! You did your job. You aren’t a server who waits on tables refilling drinks, cleaning tables, carrying food, establishing rapport, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. THAT is earning a tip. All you do is just scoop some ice cream in a cup, maybe sprinkle it with toppings and/or stir it up in a machine, stick a spoon in it and hand it to me. And you can’t even seem do that with a smile. I’m not tipping for that.This Dairy Queen needs to DQ something different!

I've generally had good experiences at this Dairy Queen — staff is usually friendly and the service has been solid. But tonight was disappointing. I asked to add a topping to a sundae for my kid, and was flat-out told "no," even though I was willing to pay for it. If I'm paying extra, I don't understand why I can't have the topping. It's a small thing, but frustrating, especially when I'm trying to treat my kid. Hoping this was just a one-off.

I loved this place and the oreo blizzard ice cream, tables inside and outside, fast service and very friendly.You can eat here a variable menu, buy annice cream cake and more.I recommended DQ!
