★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The service at this location is lacking. The last two times I was there they chocolate ice cream wasn't working. They are slow and inefficient at this location. I tried the new churro dipped cone and they almost didn't sprinkle it with the dust and when I reminded them they barely put any on. We also ordered a blizzard and they were out of ingredients on one so we got another. They didn't turn it upside down either. This location needs some care and attention. Someone please help them.
April 23 · Chuck BlattTried the brownie cuperfection. Not bad. The bathroom is not clean though .
May 22 · Piggly WigglyWith the exception of one little detail, I love Dairy Queen and this one in Illinois is no different. Although the wait is horrendous, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the food and service were excellent. I waited in line behind two people for around 20 minutes before placing my order.
February 09 · Adele MasonI had been craving mint chocolate chip. I have never order mint chocolate chip blizzard from Dairy Queen before. There was barely any mint flavoring. The green flavoring they use made the vanilla ice cream turn slightly green, some if the food coloring was still on top. It wasn't fully mixed in. I won't be ordering from there again. Beside that the staff were nice and the place was clean.
October 13 · Michelle HammoFantastic, One of the managers asked if I was enjoying the ice cream. They had beautiful ice cream and it tasted OUT OF THIS WORLD! I ordered the funnel cake and THEY TOTALLY DIDNT MICROWAVE IT. I LOVED THIS PLACE. I would recommend it to pre pubescent teens because only immature rude teens stay up after their bedtimes to work there. I love this DQ because I always Come in and see the smiling faces of the smelly workers and wide cashiers. 2 of which look like they have been eating the ice cream themselves their whole lives because of how big they are. The machines don't work half the time but l would rather have a blizzard instead of the soft serve ice cream from the machine that doesn't work anyway! I also tried using the bathrooms one time and walked in on some big fat tall white guy doing unspeakable acts in the bathroom. GOD MANN LOCK YOUR DOORS PLEASE. IT STANK IN THERE TOO. I think Rob would love what has happenedwith the place.
