February 09 · Sree L (Sree)Visited Dairy Queen after my daughter's competition on 12/9/23 around 6:45. The staff member who took our order appeared uninterested in her job, lacked friendliness, and seemed to have an attitude. A welcoming demeanor in customer service can greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons. It's important to set a positive tone, especially when dealing with something as enjoyable as ice cream.
December 09 · jacqueline tuckerI stopped in DQ for a burger which DQ Treat did not have on the menu. I ordered a hot dog with cheese and pickle relish instead. What a disappointment. The hot dog was cold, the bun was dry and fell apart, the cheese was shredded and cold. Although, the pickle relish was good it didn't make up for the rest. I do not usually leave a bad review without discussing with the business 1st but in this case there were two young workers who just could care less. Sad to say I cannot recommend this DQ. I normally love DQ for a quick bite especially when out with my GDs.
April 21 · Pauline SmithMy family showed up at the Exton location at 8:55 PM on 9/13/23. 2 .young female employees at the counter refused to take the DQ App for special deals for 85 cents blizzard. Then after 5 minutes of asking them questions about blizzards, we decided to order it anyways at 9:05. Then the employee said they had already turned off the machine for blizzards in preparation for closing at 9:30 So they don't take orders for blizzards anymore for the night. 1st of all, why did they turn off machines for blizzard 30 min before closing? 2nd of all, they should have informed us when we walked in that blizzards are not available before we spent 5 min deciding which blizzard to order. Very poor customer service and poor management - go to Kiwi Yogurt instead. They don't shut down 30 min before closing!
September 13 · Phu LeeThe two girls behind the counter were very busy and doing a great job, there was a boy there that did not help them but just kept sweeping the same spot over and over again. Not one time did he help them when 12 customers were in line.
