★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came and saw the employees cleaning the machines and such . It was well before their closing time. The woman lied to me and said their system was frozen. She flipped the screen. I work in the industry that makes these and could tell she was just closing way too early. She proceeded to serve customers after me when she realized that there was a line. Magically the systems rebooted and everything was fine. I don't know if this was racial targeting or just not knowing that closing too early was a really bad look.Bad service as most places these days. Lazy liars.
June 14 · Cleatus VandammeMy family loves coming here. The ice cream is Great and the people are nice. Beware of long line but that’s a good thing. That means people like it I figured lol. We always do Great Ice Cream!
March 16 · Joel Rickardsthis is actually the worst dairy queen. the drive thru may be convenient, but half the time they don’t even put what you ask for in ur blizzard. I just got a blizzard with crumbs of brownie in it and not one actual brownie chunk. a few weeks ago i came here and ordered a blizzard with extra butterfinger and got not one piece
July 05 · secret mailJust frustrated. Went there tonight and drive thru ordered the Royal Blizzard Reese’s Flufflernutter. Which it was love at first time. I asked them to add fudge and when I picked up there was no fudge on top. I asked if they added and the lady said it was in the middle. I drove off and when I was home I had the surprise of no fudge. Very disappointed.
May 17 · Ana DuarteThe location of this Dairy Queen is located on Sproul Road in Springfield, PA and operates seasonally; closing mid-December and re-opening the beginning of March. Long lines are a common sight especially in late afternoon and evenings. There is a small outdoor seating area to the right of the building that is tucked away under some pretty trees and flowers along the pathway to the drive-through. Their ice cream and specialty treats are delicious and their employees are efficient and courteous.
