Today I attempted to get some pretzel sticks from here and the guy tryed to give me some old pretzels that had been sitting out..I asked “Are you about to give me those old pretzels?”, He says “NO”. But, I watched him take it out the takeout bag and set them in the microwave. I responded with never mind can I have my money back and my receipt he refused to give me my receipt and so did the young lady. I stay in the area and actually visit at least 3 times a week. I don’t appreciate the horrible customer service and to deny me my receipt is insane.. PLEASE DO BETTER.

If I could give 0 stars I would. For one, this place never answers the phone. I ordered a large butterfinger blizzard with extra caramel…. I got halfway through my blizzard and there was NO butterfinger or caramel. They never mix the blizzard all the way through to the bottom. This isn’t the first time they did this with my order but today I able to capture a picture.

Just vanilla ice cream not an actual blizzard.The chocolate brownie blizzard was also not chocolate it had barely any chocolate syrup mixed with it. Very little toppings on both blizzards. Very poorly executed and won’t order dash from them again nor visit this location.

I was at this location sat and ordered my usual strawberry cheesecake blizzard , the issue I had was that I notice when I got to the middle of the blizzard it was all vanilla ice cream only no cheesecake pieces or strawberries I was highly upset cause normally I don’t have any issues but I spend my hard earn money and didn’t appreciate my order being the way i described it being earlier in this paragraph. Reading the reviews I see this is a common practice at this location so I won’t patronize this Location anymore and I’ll tell my friends and family to do the same.

They literally left the cheesecake out of my blizzard then refused to answer the phone. I even paid for extra cheesecake and extra strawberry. $10 for an incorrect order.
