Not only was it a fun and creative wedding cake idea, but it was also absolutely gorgeous—perfectly matching our forest/National Parks-themed wedding. The DQ team went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every detail was just right. Plus, it was such an affordable wedding cake option that still felt special and elegant - and our guests went crazy for it! So if you're looking for a wedding cake that's both unique and delicious, I can't recommend Emmelia and her talented team at the Bay Village Dairy Queen enough!

BEST STORE EVER!!! All of the managers are so kind and really go the extra mile to make sure everyone is having a great experience. My pretzel sticks were super fresh and extra delicious!! In addition, my New York cheesecake blizzard was amazing with its extra cheesecake chunks. It was seriously loaded with cheesecake , just how I like it🩷. The whole place was super clean and the service was really fast, which made the visit even better. Definitely my favorite ice cream store ever!🥇

I have ordered two custom cakes within the last two weeks. First one was an edible image cake and the order was taken very last minute but they were very accommodating and very kind, great service. Second cake I ordered was a design I sent of inspiration for the cake and it was executed to perfection. The second cake was absolutely amazing, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Cake decorator is amazing!! Staff are all so kind, polite, and the atmosphere is great every time I come in and every time I call!

BUYER BEWWARE ordered a double fudge crunch ice cream cake 24hrs in advanced ,my wife's favorite for her birthday... i call to pick it up because i didnt receive the phone call it was done ,they can't find it ... then magically it's in the back ... i pick it up and we celebrate her birthday only to find out that it's clearly only the normal style not the double ... (which i was charged extra for )so disappointed !! i would suggest looking elsewhere if you want dairy queen done right!
