★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 17.4.25 this is my 3rd visit at this location (after moving from the Bloomfield location) and at 1st I thought this spot on Day Hill Rd was odd, but I've gotten used to it. There's lots of parking, tables to enjoy your treats, there are sidewalks for walks, there's a gas station and convenience store so you can run errands and get a treat. The ice cream is friggin amazing. I've had the red raspberry chocolate, mouse tracks, and the peanut butter, and strawberry. Yum. Yum. Yum. And although I don't get toppings, there are many of those to choose from too. 1 scoop of deliciousness makes any day better!
July 04 · Margaret HonanNew Windsor location is awesome!! The ice cream is amazing - - so creamy and fresh. I usually order the cookie monster ice cream and the chocolate peanut butter but this time I tried the new seasonal flavor and it was sensational! I have never been a fan of waffle cones but frisbies changed my mind. They are crisp and I was told they are made daily in house. The staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this place!!

April 27 · Marc ZIf you're looking for a nostalgic, no-frills, family-friendly spot to enjoy a delicious ice cream cone or sundae, Frisbie’s Dairy is the place to go. This local gem brings back the charm of a traditional roadside dairy stand, and they never disappoint. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and served in generous portions. Whether you're in the mood for a classic vanilla soft serve, a signature sundae, or a unique seasonal flavor, there’s something for everyone. Their banana splits and frappes are standouts too—perfectly blended and not overly sweet. The staff is always friendly and patient, even during busy evenings when the line wraps around the lot. Service is fast and organized, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, and the spot feels like a slice of small-town summer, especially for families with kids.Parking can get tight on hot days, but it’s well worth the minor hassle. Frisbie’s is a reminder of what makes local businesses special: quality treats, affordable prices, and great community spirit.Highly recommended for anyone passing through or craving an old-fashioned ice cream stop.
