One of the ice cream treats was a slush and we didn't realize it. When I let the "owner" (old white lady that refused to give her name because she "didn't have to") know, she said... "how is that my problem?" As she attempted to get more money. With rude and unprofessional disgusing person like that, we will never return. I suggest taking the trip to Grandville for better priced treats with people that are outrageously gross in front of children.

I took my family here for ice cream for the first time after playing at Hager Park for a treat but was completely disappointed.I ordered kids cones for my littles and smalls for my wife and I. They didn't have our first 2 choices of ice cream even though it was on the menu. Then we received our cones and they were extremely small portions and the kids size was no different than the small cones. High prices for a small amount of ice cream. Not sure if the workers were having a bad day but I will not return after paying that amount for such a small amount of ice cream.

Honestly a gem of a place in a great location near a few schools. They have a large menu where there's something for everyone including your furry family members. The staff are friendly and the line goes by at a decent pace even when they are the most busy. The prices seem fair to me I.E. today my husband and I each got something, plus we purchased a pepsi, and got a pup cup all for $14. I feel lucky to live close by, and so does my dog.

The ice cream was amazing, but the service is what took this visit over the top. Shayla(sp?) was the most amazing server I think we’ve ever had. She was kind, polite, engaging and professional. Each one of my family she talked to she addressed and made eye contact with and confirmed their order. If she isn’t going for a management position, she should.
