★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Graeter’s Ice Cream was such a great experience we got it back to back nights. The first night I had the boldly bearcat, it was amazing different flavors bursting almost every bite. Brownie in one bite, the chocolate chip in another, another tangy flavor in another. Delicious and perfect creamy texture. My wife got the strawberry which she said was perfect and what all strawberry ice cream should strive to be. Creamy fresh tasting but not overpowering. The second night I had the peanut butter chip which was one of my favorite peanut butter ice creams I have had. It wasn’t like most where 1/2 way through you’re kind of over it I was fully immersed until the last spoonful of melted deliciousness was ate. My wife had the cookie dough chip which was also great and full of chunks of dough. Definitely a must hit in the area and we will most definitely be back the next time in Cincy.
June 11 · Connor LA local business colleague who is an ice cream aficionado highly recommended I try Graeter's ice cream during my Cincinnati visit, and being an ice cream lover myself, I had to give them a try. It turned out to be a great recommendation - I only now wish there was a Graeter's in my home town!I've been several times since, and although all the flavors I've tried are really good, their best really is the Black Cherry Chocolate. I'll order this every time and never get tired of it. The ice cream has an authentic cream base, and they use quality mix-ins to create a perfect ice cream. So many premium ice cream joints use way too much sugar in their ice cream that it results in a sickly overpowering sweetness (there is nothing "premium" about adding twice the amount of sugar that anyone needs or wants). Not Graeter's - their ice cream balances the creaminess with the sweetness, which results in a much better product. The ice cream parlor also has an assortment of baked goods and chocolates, which look really appealing, but I have not yet tried them. At the very least, they have something for everyone.Although I've only been here a few times, on two different occasions there were some boisterous altercations inside the parlor with loiterers coming in and creating a scene (unrelated to the business itself). Nothing dangerous, but take note that this location may have all sorts of people wandering through. In other words, you may get dinner and a show!
January 24 · RobOmg, I went in to get some cheer-me-up ice cream and the girl that helped me was so nice and funny. I think her name was Katie and she kept making me laugh she gave me an extra scoop of ice cream and told me to have a cooler day and I just cracked up and smiled so easily. Definitely would recommend.
July 11 · Cerina Mateoi don’t know if you could see it but i had a hair in my milk shake. I also didn’t get greeted in this establishment and the atmosphere was very hostile. I think the gm was named Sindey, she was very unwelcoming and seem to have an attitude.
March 12 · Dennis WhiteThe ice cream is always so amazing! I have to wonder how Skylar was hired though. I come to this location often and she has always been so rotten to customers. It’s actually crazy how angry she gets when a customer walks in.
