Came here with high hopes.I didn't know a Sundae consist of 2 inches of caramel syrup on the bottom & in the middle.Total disappointment... definitely won't be coming back here. Train your staff to make a simple proper Sundae🙃

Service was horrible! I asked Olesia for extra napkins and she told me I had to get it from the other side because she already gave me “enough”. I had 4 kids with me, go figure. When I glanced at her name tag she gave me a tone asking what was my problem.

Went two nights about the same time. Everything was open, ice cream cases, register, tip jar had money in it, but no one was around after 10 minutes the first night. 2nd night same drill but this time the person working threw attitude and said we are closing early like she hated the world. Both nights we were there at about 9:30 and they were supposed to be open till 1am. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER visiting this rude establishment...

Absolute thieves! Ordered via Uber eats and they accepted the order but didn't have what I ordered and then refused to cancel the order, telling the drivers that I had to cancel meaning I couldn't get refunded... I would have to pay for something I never got. They did this repeatedly as each driver canceled and five drivers wasted their time going there. Horrible company!
