Got there yesterday. It was busy evening we passed by once -line was long,one hour later new line. We decided to give a try. We didn’t wait long, workers were taking and making orders pretty quick. We checked flavors and prices while in line and decided to have 2 sandae,“Dulce de leche” and “Rocky Road”. There were 2 prices displayed. Small for $ 11 and regular for $12 I think. We ordered regular. We just wanted how it is on the picture. AND that’s what we got. Girl was making ice cream to us, She was sweet , quick and attentive. Ice cream was yummy ✨

The Hagen-Daz on the second floor was great! The gentleman helping us let us try multiple samples and was very friendly/patient with us. He even went above and beyond by adding banana slices to my ice cream great customer service would definitely recommend.

The kiosk is located by the food court on the 3rd floor. I ordered the coffee ice cream here and it was great. Rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with a bold coffee flavor that wasn’t overpowering. In 1984, former President Ronald Reagan named July as the National Ice Cream Month and the third Sunday in July as National Ice Cream Day. Today was National Ice Cream Day and what better way to beat the summer heat than with ice cream from one of the local favorites located at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford. Created by two Polish immigrants from the Bronx, the name of the establishment was created as a playful Danish-sounding name that would attract attention. They ended up with Häagen-Dazs to market their new luxury in ice cream. Situated by the food court on the 3rd level, my partner and I were greeted by the staff. While there was so much to choose between regular dairy ice cream or sorbet choices, we decided on the mango sorbet and the strawberry cheese cake sundae. The ice creams were amazing, as was the service. Prices were not listed on the main menu board, but it’s a bit pricey. Great experience in this location, which we could recommend.
